Morning Glory Fall 2024
Blossom IDD’s Morning Glory group, led by the Parent Advisory Leadership (PAL) committee, offers a supportive space for parents, guardians, and caregivers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This group addresses the feelings of isolation that often arise when a loved one transitions out of secondary education. Through social events, guest speakers, and discussions, participants can share valuable resources, systems, and experiences. While the group primarily serves those with loved ones 18 or older, parents of younger individuals are also encouraged to join to prepare for the future. This program is offered for free as part of Blossom IDD’s mission.
