These monthly gatherings offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) the chance to explore holistic wellness—from gentle exercise to mindfulness activities—in a friendly, social setting.


Why Cultivation Crew: Wellness?

Who Is This Program For?

  1. Adults (18+) with IDD who want to improve or maintain their physical and emotional well-being.

  3. People interested in meeting new friends and building healthy lifestyle habits in a fun, interactive way.

What to Expect

Each session is typically 1.5 hours and may include:

  • Light Exercise: Simple movements or stretches to get the body moving.
  • Mindful Moments: Short meditations, breathing exercises, or group discussions on mental wellness.
  • Peer Interaction: Opportunities to chat, support each other, and exchange healthy living tips.
