About Kelly Osolowski
Kelly’s mission is to serve the community, students, and families through her deep passion for occupational therapy. Her unwavering faith in God and a strong belief in the value of occupational therapy fuel her dedication as both a practitioner and an instructor. Kelly strives to embody these values in every aspect of her work, ensuring that the care she provides is client-centered, grounded in trust, honesty, and empathy. She is committed to advocating for students and their families, helping them live meaningful, fulfilled lives by fostering an environment of love, compassion, and grace.
Through her work, Kelly empowers students to develop the skills they need to lead purposeful lives, contributing to something greater than themselves. Her professional experience includes serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Concordia University Wisconsin’s Mequon campus. Prior to this, she taught as an adjunct instructor for two years at Concordia University of Wisconsin Mequon. Additionally, Kelly brings years of hands-on experience as an occupational therapist at Aurora HealthCare, where she worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has a particular passion for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), striving to make a meaningful impact on their care, growth, and quality of life.
